Android (Chrome)

1. 1.Open the Chrome app on your phone.
2. 2.Go to belizeserviceshub.com in the address bar.
3. 3.Log in with your email and password.
4. 4.Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
5. 5.Tap "Add to Home screen" (or "Install app").
6. 6.Tap "Add" or "Install".
7. 7.Done! You'll see a Belize Services Hub icon on your home screen.

1 Register Your Account

1. 1.Tap "Register Now" on this page or go to the app and tap "Register".
2. 2.Enter your email and create a password.
3. 3.Select "Professional" as your role.
4. 4.Enter the verification code sent to your email.
5. 5.You're now logged in — welcome to Belize Services Hub!

2 Complete Your Profile

1. 1.After logging in, tap "Professional Profile" in the menu.
2. 2.Enter your full name and phone number (customers will use this to contact you).
3. 3.Select your skills — choose all the service categories you can handle (electrical, plumbing, AC, painting, etc.).
4. 4.Select the districts you serve (San Pedro, Caye Caulker, Belize, etc.).
5. 5.Add your years of experience and hourly rate (optional but recommended).
6. 6.Upload a profile photo so customers can recognize you.
7. 7.Tap "Save Profile" at the bottom.

3 Receive Job Alerts

There are three ways you\'ll find out about new jobs:

• WhatsApp alerts — instant notifications when a job matches your skills and area (set up in Part 2 above).
• Push notifications — phone notifications if you\'ve added the app to your home screen.
• Email alerts — when a job is forwarded directly to you by the admin.

4 Browse Jobs & Send Quotes

1. 1.Tap "Browse Jobs" in the menu to see all open service requests.
2. 2.Tap on any job to see full details — description, location, photos, budget, and urgency.
3. 3.If you're interested, tap "I'm Interested" and then fill in the quote form.
4. 4.Write a message describing your experience and approach.
5. 5.Enter your proposed price (in BZD) and your available date.
6. 6.Tap "Submit Quote" — the customer will be notified.

5 Accept Forwarded Jobs

1. 1.Sometimes the admin will send a job directly to you — you'll get an email with a link.
2. 2.Tap the link in the email, or open the app and go to "Messages" to find the job.
3. 3.On the job page, tap "Accept Job" to claim it.
4. 4.The job is now assigned to you — the customer will be notified.

6 Message the Customer

1. 1.On any assigned job page, scroll down to the "Messages" section.
2. 2.Type a message to the customer — ask questions, confirm details, or share updates.
3. 3.Tap "Send" — the customer will see your message in real time.
4. 4.You can also call or WhatsApp the customer directly using the buttons on the job page.

7 Update Job Status

1. 1.On your assigned job page, use the "Update job status" buttons.
2. 2.Tap "Mark In Progress" when you start the work.
3. 3.Tap "Mark Completed" when the job is finished.
4. 4.The customer will be prompted to leave you a review.
