Professional Terms & Conditions

By registering as a professional on Belize Services Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform as a service provider.

• You must provide accurate information about your skills, experience, and qualifications.
• You must not misrepresent yourself or your services to customers.
• You are responsible for completing jobs you accept in a professional and timely manner.
• You must not contact customers outside the platform for purposes other than completing the agreed job.
• Abusive, threatening, or fraudulent behavior will result in immediate account suspension.

• Belize Services Hub may charge a service fee or commission on jobs completed through the platform. Current rates will be communicated separately.
• All pricing quoted to customers must be honest and reflect the actual cost of work.
• Payment disputes between professionals and customers must be resolved directly between the parties. The platform does not process payments on your behalf unless explicitly stated.

• You must arrive at jobs on time and communicate promptly if delays occur.
• You must treat all customers with respect and professionalism.
• You are responsible for carrying your own tools, materials, and insurance as required.
• Belize Services Hub does not provide liability insurance for professionals. You operate as an independent contractor.

Belize Services Hub acts solely as a marketplace connecting customers and professionals. We are not liable for the quality of work performed, damages caused during a job, or disputes arising between parties. Professionals are solely responsible for their work and any consequences thereof.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through the platform's messaging system. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled in accordance with the laws of Belize. Belize Services Hub reserves the right to remove reviews or suspend accounts pending investigation of serious disputes.

• Belize Services Hub reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any professional account for violations of these terms.
• Repeated negative reviews, no-shows, or fraudulent activity will result in suspension.
• You may delete your account at any time from your Account settings.

Your personal information is used solely for operating the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties. By registering, you consent to receiving platform-related communications such as job notifications and updates.

Belize Services Hub reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
